Situated on 22, 290 sqm of land, and with a covered area of 13,824 sqm, the Sigma Facility is one of the largest in the region. Lathes up to 16″ Manual and 13-3/8″ CNC hollow spindle, allow for a large range of turning capabilities such as casing and tubing. Horizontal and vertical borers, with a capacity of 12 tons and 6 tons respectively, can easily handle the majority of large components, including Heat Exchangers, Tube Sheets, Blow-Out Preventers and Valve Bodies.
Sigma workshop operate on a continuous 24-hour basis as required with rigorous adherence to manufacturing, welding codes and inspection procedures. The facility is accredited to ISO 9001, API Specs-5CT & 7-1, 6A, 16C, ASME U, U2, NB, R, API Q1 AND Q2, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
