Sigma Engineering Works (SEW), an operating company of Mazrui Energy, completed a project upgrading a skid-mounted “Crude Oil Fiscal Metering System”. We strictly followed the Shell Dep’s and MESC specifications in building this skid. The scope of our supply was for two skids comprising of a Metering system, common bi-directional prover with internal coating, and water draw skids with a total of 25,000 plus Inch dia of piping. The total weight of the skid is 430 MT, including electrical and instrumentation. The complete assembly and functional tests were done at our facility in Abu Dhabi, meeting stakeholders’ quality expectations.
