Industry leading oilfield service company, OEM Group (OEM), in partnership with Sigma Engineering Works LLC (SEW), has secured it’s second seven-figure contract with the largest oil and gas producer in the UAE, bolstering its track record in the Middle East market.

The five-year contract will see OEM provide services, including inspection, repair, corrective and preventative maintenance, supply of spare parts for diesel engines and diesel driven equipment. The work will be carried out on a number of offshore drilling platforms in Abu Dhabi as well as the surrounding islands.  

OEM, which will celebrate its tenth year in business later this year has been servicing the oil and gas, marine and renewables sector in engine and generator repairs, servicing and testing since its inception and has built up an impressive track record globally. In the last year the company has experienced an exceptional increase in work in the Middle East with multiple contracts wins with major contractors and new partnerships.

OEM’s partner in the region, Abu Dhabi-based Sigma Engineering Works, is an expert in providing excellent in-house services including testing, fabrication, and refurbishment. Its facility is one of the largest in the region, situated on more than 22,000 sqm of land and a workshop area of around 15, sqm.
